The Marketing & Communications function is responsible for the promotion and protection of the company’s image and brand with employees, customers, news media and other stakeholders. Aligned with Meritor’s business goals, the team develops and executes strategic marketing and communication plans using a variety of mechanisms for internal and external audiences.
Our Marketing team develops plans and activities to drive sales across business segments, including Commercial Truck & Industrial and Aftermarket & Trailer. The team creates and manages trade shows and customer events to promote the Meritor brand. In addition, Marketing works with the trade press to ensure strong coverage of Meritor products and supports products with targeted advertising.
The Corporate Communications team develops and executes internal and external strategies related to branding, employee engagement, digital communication, community and government relations, media relations, executive communications and corporate advertising. The Meritor Trust Fund, which supports charitable organizations in communities around the globe, is also managed through the Corporate Communications department.
