Our Aftermarket business in South America supplies spare parts for light and heavy duty trucks, trailers, buses and vans under the Meritor and Euclid. brands with all products produced as: 

  • Original equipment
  • Remanufactured parts
  • "All makes" certification

Meritor’s expertise as an original equipment designer and manufacturer guarantees the highest quality of remanufactured products.

With its headquarter in Osasco, Sao Paulo, Brazil, our Aftermarket team provides an efficient and effective distribution network throughout Brazil and all export markets in South America for our wide range of products either directly from our distribution center in Osasco or through cross-sales from other locations in North America, Europe or Asia Pacific.

Customer Service

Our customer service center is the key link in our world class supply chain and vital to Meritor’s customers. We source and ship service parts promptly giving customers the service they need to keep their fleets on the road.

Inquiries, such as part number identification and precise application are routed via a dedicated 0-800 toll-free line to technical helpline experts who are able to communicate in various languages.

A customer training calendar – which is published annually – highlights full-day training sessions offered at our training center. These sessions provide final users with a comprehensive education on all manufacturing, assembly and maintenance aspects of our products.

Distribution and Warehousing

Our South American distribution and warehousing facility is conveniently located in Southeast Brazil, the area with the largest commercial vehicle fleet on the continent. With a storage area of 3,200 square meters and a strong synergy with our manufacturing facility in Osasco, this facility can service stock requirements for distributors and stock handlers throughout Brazil and the export territories.

Approximately 1,500 orders are handled monthly by the South American distribution team in order to assure on-time delivery as requested by our distributors.

Customer orders can be placed via EDI – as per RND standard – as well as through the web portal Xpressway Plus so that the orders are quickly and accurately processed.
