Mascot transmissions (automatic and manual),
differentials, steering gears and pumps go through a rigorous teardown, cleaning
and inspection process that looks at each individual part in the assembly and
examines it for flaws, wear indicators and stress.
All synchros, bearings, seals, gaskets, hoses and
valves are replaced. Every gear is carefully examined and if worn or damaged is
replaced with a new part. Then each unit is reassembled, bench tested and
verified to exacting specifications in our remanufacturing facility. Because we
don’t want you “testing” parts on the road. We run quality checks on 100% of our
remanufactured products. That’s why our process is ISO 9001:2008 certified, and
it’s the reason all Mascot remanufactured parts come with an Unlimited-Mileage
warranty for 1 to 3 Years that is valid in the Continental United States and
Canada.
