 Overview

As North America’s leading source of aftermarket parts for commercial vehicles, our Aftermarket group takes after-the-sale support as very serious business. We support our customers with the industry’s leading distribution system with high fill rates and on-time delivery; products that deliver superior quality, durability and dependability; plus complete technical support and online information/ordering.

With more than 240,000 active part numbers, we offer customers across North America a comprehensive selection of Meritor, Euclid, Meritor WABCO and Mascot branded products. From all-makes components to proprietary items, a broad range of aftermarket replacement parts are available in both complete kits and individual pieces. 

In addition, Aftermarket provides a complete line of heavy drivetrain components to meet more demanding applications, such as military vehicles and those found in Canada. Examples of these components include drive axles with a Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) of up to 46,000 pounds, heavier-duty drivelines and more aggressive friction materials.

Customer Care means providing service our customers can always count on. It’s the level of commitment our customers have come to expect from a true business partner. That’s why our Customer Care Center has unyielding goals of achieving first-call resolution or follow-up resolution within 24 hours. Facility Locations

Our main Aftermarket distribution center in Florence, Ky. is closely linked to its global network through other key distribution centers across the Americas, Europe and Australia (Sunshine), with additional facilities in Asia Pacific. Our North American facilities are:
